Cho thịt băm vào xào cho đến khi thịt săn lại, ngả màu vàng nâu. Thêm nước mắm và đường vào khuấy đều, tắt lửa. Chuẩn bị một bát lớn, cho miến, thịt lợn, thính gạo và hỗn hợp nước xốt vào trộn đều.
